Reeves Group was engaged to conduct condition assessments of 3 nominated sites to establish the basis for the built assets and surrounds.

Deliverables of this project included:

• Condition assessments of multiple sites
• Assembled state of the assets summary report
• Compiled a scope of works summary for defect rectifications (issuing to service providers for tendering out and estimating repair costs)
• Site survey for multiple sites (boundary limits, structures and services)
• Developed a summary Asset Management Plan from condition assessments including:
  • A site asset register for built assets
  • Budget items for replacement (asset condition-based)
  • A summary maintenance plan to establish budget requirements for statutory and preventative maintenance items
