In November of 2019, Reeves Group was invited to present at the 2019 Institute of Public Works (IPWEA) WA professional development week.

The presentation topic was “How to develop a Strategic Asset Management Plan.” The session had a great turn out by the WA members who sat in on our thought-provoking presentation on what exactly a SAMP is and what is needed for it to be a valuable artefact in any asset-intensive organisation.
