Condition Assessments Simplified

A condition assessment, as opposed to the regular maintenance program, consists of a series of dedicated inspections every 3 -5 years. The aim of these inspections is to understand the state and condition of your assets and the remaining useful life.

The outcome of a properly executed condition assessment is a report and data noting the condition, remaining life and budgetary replacement requirements for when they are due. This data also informs asset management plans and maintenance strategies for mature organisations.

We are able to undertake the program of assessments using our specialists or manage the program of condition assessments on your behalf. We look for our processes to align the condition ratings with your level of service requirements. So that even though you may have assets of average condition, the high service level assets are the ones that need the focus and budget.
